Having had this myself I think it's probably the way you are sleeping. You are perhaps crushing the shoulder or upper arm. Try a few nights sleeping with a pillow cuddled between your arms so that your arms are extended a bit in front of your chest. This opens up your shoulders. Make sure your hands aren't tucked up to your chin. It might take a few nights before you automatically turn with your pillow.

I can't see anything being wrong if it only happens at night around a certain time. Hope it works
