Milly

Lets hope the pain clinic can help.

Perhaps you could tell a little fib about your age (only joking).

Good Luck.

Jim

You could have got away with that 72

Hi Milly72 I was on anti-inflammtories but GP took me off them as I had begun getting asthma - he replaced with combination of tramadol/paracetamol which have worked - might be an idea to go back and ask if he can give you something for the pain - I'm not suggesting what I have as I don't know your medical history so what I take may not be suitable for you.

Wishing you all the best and hope GP can give you some sort of pain relief. 🤗🤗🤗😘😘😘

Hi Milly72 just adding that D3 is good for stiffness, leg, hip and back pain too. K2 helps calcium build up go to the right places and takes calcium build up out of places it shouldn't be. I now take 5000iu of D3 and 100mcg of k2 as well as 5000iu B12 sublingual, (best vitamin B12 is Methylcobalamin.)
