Can't sleep my pain is so bad tonight, almost to the point where I cannot bear it. I have inguinal neuropathy, back problems and Fibromyalgia. I have taken every pain killer that I can and hasn't even dented the pain.
Just need to rant and moan for a bit.
My appointment at the pain clinic can't come soon enough.

We all need a good moan sometimes, what we're here for. I'm so sorry you're having such a difficult time, pain clinic appointments always end up such a long time away. Just take it a day at a time, try every trick you can for a little relief and stay strong. We're all thinking of you xx
You may have CRPS/RSD and there's various groups our there with lots of info. Google for symptoms. This is what the admin on a Facebook group told me helped her. These are the antioxidants that the RSD/CRPS Research Foundation told me about. Useful for nerve damage pain. If it's not that, then try Turmeric.
"Antioxidants are key in nerve damage Nerves and muscle cells are the biggest producers and the biggest consumers of antioxidants, so when they're damaged, they need more yet can produce less. N-AC and methionine (SAM-e and Co-Q 10 are a form of and a precursor for methionine) are antioxidants used within those cells, so yes, they're usually very helpful. So are the antioxidant vitamins (B complex, A, D, E, C, and K). Check for issues with your meds. For instance, ubiquione tends to interfere with the SNRI Lexapro, but I found for myself that co-q 10 (a precursor to ubiquinone) did not. Test everything and keep notes //Isabel."
Turmeric is also very helpful for Fybro and pain. There's a website with lots of info and clinical evidence on the benefits of Turmeric, set up by an Aussie vet and they also a Facebook group called 'Turmeric User Group' with over 200,000 members worldwide, and is used for both animals and humans alike with good results. I have seen people with Fybro comment how much it's helped them. Here's the link for website and somewhere on there is a link for the Facebook group: You can also find on there any contraindications for any med's you might be taking.
Not sure if you have tried this but it does help me a bit. I have some meditation CDs. It doesn't take the pain away but it does help me cope with it. Hope you are feeling better soon and your pain clinic appt. comes quickly.
Hi, I understand you pain, been in my own pain for about 8 years now. Hip, leg, bursitis and now back problems. Still have to work to make ends meet. Had a hip replacement in 2012, but the bursitis came back terribly in my left hip and now my right. Steroid shots only work for a couple weeks. Have problems walking, sitting too long, riding in vehicles. Tried a lot of different pain medicine, but I am allergic to a lot of different drugs. Trying to exercise more and I lost about 35 lbs. Went on a virgin diet for 21 days, to see what my body cannot tolerate, which is just about everything. The pain clinic told me I would need to live with my pain. Have arthritis in my hips and back, sacroliac joint disfunction and other problems. I try everything I can and keep hunting myself for pain relief. Have tried all sorts of natural remedies also. Good luck
