I have had tenderness on the left top side of my head with se sharp stabbing pains occasionally this has been the past 4 days, have not bumped my head but had bells palsy a couple of months ago that I was treated for, should I be concerned

I had Bells Palsey many years ago - I still have a wonkey eye, but never had pain in my head.
Your best course of action is to see your GP. He will aleviate any fears and refer you to the relevant specialist. If he thinks you need to see one.
