Have pain in my lower back on right side hurts when I bend and find going to toilet a little more anyone have any ideas what it could be??? Thanks in advance

Not a medic but you could have a urine/ kidney infection. You would need to go to your nurse and take a sample of urine to get tested. If confirmed you will probably need antibiotics. Drink plenty of water

It depends what part in the lower back area hurts. Do you feel that it in the spine or soft tissue?.

You need a first port of call to understand the pains location, you need to see your GP

Sounds like you need to be checked out for a urinary tract infection. Take a urine sample to your doctors surgery and ask if the nurse can check it for you. Its something that you need to get treated quickly before it gets to being severe and making you quite ill. If it isn't an infection, then you can make an appointment with your doctor to see what else it might be.

The other fairly common cause of pain in that area is constipation.

When I had those symptoms I thought it was just IBS acting out again. Turned out to be a very large kidney stone, with a bonus infection. Please go get medical care.
