anyone else suffer from left sided pain/ burning feeling in shoulder,rib cage,arm and hand ? Cervical fusion done two levels years ago

I have mine in the right. Problem due to cervical discs. Use Alexander Teacher and McTimony chiropractor to help keep my pain under control.

Muscles tighten up and pull body structures onto the root nerves. So I have learnt with difficulty not to tighten up certain muscles.

So you may find it worth exploring Alexander Technique to help reduce your problem.
