to be honest, I really don't know what good these health related petitions do. To my mind, its just not something parliament should be getting involved in, and it seems like every single disease now has someone writing a petition about it. If the health service isn't working, then I'd rather someone write a petition that addresses the general issues, rather than the very specific ones that might look at one disease, but mean that 50 other conditions don't get looked at, when its the same type of issue that needs fixing.
