I was at my GP this morning...

He was checking through my notes, and came along a letter of which I attended a clinic, to see a specialist.

Now it comes to show that I may have Motor Neurone Disease (MND)

GP going too see if we can get a final diagnoses done...

Yeeeee haaaaaa, eventually some thing has been found...

It just feels so great to get a name put too what you have....

This still has to be confirmed...at least now I know what's causing the tremors....

Funny how sometimes even getting a bad diagnosis is a real relief. At least it gives you something to go on, and something to fight, and takes away all that doubt and uncertainty. Hope it means that you can now get treated properly for it, and that you respond well to any treatment.

Yip, it's great getting the diagnoses...now is the beginning of a very long and hard journey....

As said, it's still to be confirmed?

Thanks for your comments

Joe

Hi Joe, that's a step nearer to a diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Hello Joe

Suppose it is positive news that you have been waiting for, it has taken time, you are getting there

All the best

Pleased to hear you are finally on the road to finding out exactly what you are suffering from. It took me ages to get anyone to actually put a name to my condition. It simply meant I am able to find out as much information about it as I possibly can. Also when anyone mentions it ( spondylothesis) sp? I immediately take note of the comments or article. Good luck in the future, Ann

Thanks for your comment Ann....

It's so good, getting the support from you guy's, it's very much appreciated...

Just can't wait to get a final diagnoses, get some closure, then carry on and deal with it in my own way...

Thanks again

Joe
