I have arthritis in my hands and I am finding it increasingly hard to use my walking stick.Any suggestions? Thanks

Hey Gillimac....

Only thing I can suggest is, get in touch with your O.T (Occupational Therapist) see if they can help.

They maybe able to help with another aide to help you get around.

Hi,

You can buy or get a stick with a special contoured handle which has been designed for those with arthritic hands. If you dont want to buy one then you can get them through the physiotherapist. All the best.

Would a push along trundler mean less strain on your hands? And some have a seat to sit on which is a bonus.
