Post paracentesis painful lump

I had a paracentesis procedure prior to starting my chemo. After draining about 5 litres of fluid the site dried up but I'm left with an egg-shaped, fist size, hard and slightly painful lump at the entry point of the drain. Has anyone else experienced this?

My second cycle of chemo is next week and I'm feeling good apart from this. Medics seem unconcerned.

Wishing everyone well and thanks for all the inspirational words which helped more than anyone would know through those first days of diagnosis. cheers Jan
