Bevacizumab affecting WBC/neutrophils

Good morning,

I was diagnosed with stage 3 high grade fallopian tube cancer in October 2021. I recently transitioned to Bevacizumab maintenance every 3 weeks after a recurrence requiring a 2nd cytoreduction then 2nd line chemo (Doxil/Carboplatin/Avastin). I took a trip and a 2 month break in treatment after my last chemo cycle and my WBC and neutrophils rebounded beautifully back to normal. Since starting Bev only maintenance, my WBC and Neutrophils are lower than ever to the point my oncologist skipped my last treatment. My other side effects are high blood pressure (treated successfully with amlodipine) musculoskeletal aches and pains and crippling lethargy. I was led to believe Bev maintenance is a “walk in the park” after chemo but this has not been my experience. Has anyone dealt with these issues and found a tolerable solution with similar efficacy? For what it’s worth my WBC and neutrophils were always low during 1st round of chemo (Paclitaxol/carboplatin) requiring breaks and occasional Neulasta injections. Thanks! S
