Does that replace Neulasta, which he did get at the time of infusion? He's going to ask about that. Mr. Spouse was 75 at the end of his first 10 infusions which resulted in 4 years of stability. His oncologist said a long run like that was remarkable.

O (Obinutuzumab) CHOP (DOXORUBICIN (Adiamycin), vinCristine (Oncovin), cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan), Prednisone) plus Neulasta ejections. April-May 2024 3 cycles of O CHOP until BMT in Later June. BMT donor 10/10 match June 17.

Plus on week two, I get a dose of Neulasta (On-pro). Finally, don't let them reduce infusion time for this less than 90 minutes as this seems to help with side effects. I am generally constipated the first few days from the Zofran so I take Senecol and Calm to ease that.

I was to have a Brain MRI so I had to return after that to have the Neulasta device placed on the back of my left upper arm . Long morning but at least I am having no noticable side effects now at 3 :30 pm. Home and resting😁👍

I have had to do twice weekly blood checks at Penn Medicine, and most of those tests have resulted in a CRYO infusion and a shot of Neulasta. That all changed last week when things stabilized, and I didn't require any extra blood boosting products.

A concern about all those is that my white count took almost 5 mo. to come back to normal after my final chemo, despite Neulasta. There's Provenge, which maybe could help T cells to get thru to the cancer cells?? Then, there's clinical trials.

Except for a monthly neulasta injection, my Nurex 2127 trial had been going pretty well. My blood counts were good, 13ish HGB 1,80 ALC 150 Plat ANC was always low. My Dr. thought it would be idea to do an 18 month " lets see where we are BMB", no problem.

A couple injections Neulasta got him through to the end . Went for follow up Ct and followed up with Dr June 12th with the intention of discontinuing TX as quality of life was in the gutter .

I was to have my 2nd infusion of Enhertu this morning.Unfortunately, my white blood count was too low to proceed.Now I will take shots for 3 consecutive days to boost my white count.I had to reschedule my infusion for next week Doc says at that infusion they will put a device on my arm (Neulasta )Bummed

Neutropenia required Neulasta injection. Jun-Jul 22'- space oar procedure (necessary as Brad has Ulcerative Colitis)and 26 rounds of radiation to the prostate & pelvic area.

My platlets tanked but the neulasta helped. BUT....all of my elevated liver numbers dropped back almost to normal and my CA-15 dropped by 50% after one cycle. So, I am encouraged to stick with it as I am told that it will get easier as the cancer moves out of my body.

My WBC took 5 mo. to finally get to normal range (low end) after last chemo, despite Neulasta, so concerned about more chemo or Pluvicto, which can both cause myelosuppression. So, I assume will be switched to enzalutemide & taper off steroid before starting Keytruda.

Ive got my Neulasta on-pro and a prophylactic prescription for a light anti-biotic to get me through low blood levels this week. The on-pro has a giant blinking green light which makes me a great night light beacon :) Hope posting a positive journey on this drug. Allison

He was given Neulasta for the day after Docetaxel(D). His biggest struggle right now is sleeplessness due to discomfort from body aches. This is day 4 after D.

I hope the PT didn’t crack a bone somewhere, but of course, she attributed the pain to the Neulasta. Anyone have similar tailbone spasms after taking Neulasta?? The tailbone pain has subsided after a day.

We are going to talking to his MO about adding in Neulasta injection for next chemo but any other suggestions? Is this something to expect for every chemo session? thanks

Got Neulasta the day after each round and counts came back nicely, except after the last (6th). One week after last chemo, my WBC was 3.1.

Other than neutropenia, and having to get a monthly neulasta injection, my blood counts have continued trending to normal levels.

Below 3,and white cell 25% below norm Even with neulasta. Waiting to see if things recover Do not know where we go from here.

Been self injecting with Ziextenzo (bioequivalant to Neulasta) a day after each round. Not sure why didn't come back up at one week like previous rounds. What is really concerning is bloodwork today (3 weeks, 3 days post chemo) & the WBC was 2.8!
