I had diagnosis of HGS3b in May 2020 after hysterectomy and no chemotherapy due to bladder injury. Had chemo 2021 for reoccurance after i had bladder surgery due to fistula. Had surgery last year for 2nd reoccurance near pancreas and 6 months later on ct scan showed few lymph nodes which have grown im on watch and wait due ct scan in May. Has anyone been in a similar position?

I’m also HGSOC Stage 3 BRCA negative diagnosed May 2020. I’ve had 2 surgeries and one line carbo/taxol. Niraparib didn’t work for me.

I’m on my 3rd reoccurrence with cancer in lymph nodes near my trachea. For the last 6 months I have been on watch and wait as I’m asymptomatic. I’m having two monthly CT and bloods. The lymph nodes have increased in size over the last 6 months and my CA125 is 352. I anticipate I will start chemo in May after my next appointment.

My Oncologist said I’m now Stage 4 as the cancer is outside of the abdomen although not any organs.

Good luck with any further treatment you may have x

Im BRACA - and HRD positive and im having ct scans every 3 months nxt one in May 1st before my holiday to Turkey which i need as last year spent 5 weeks in hospital due to infections after surgery a nodule near pancreas but luckily not attached. This is my 3rd reoccurance too on watch and wait till after nxt scan then maybe start chemotherapy at some point i know its always worrying as long as treatments work 🙏 🙏. I was on 2 years olparib but stopped working at very end. Take care and hope all goes well for you x

Hi. Might they be able to do targeted radiation? I know it depends how close they are to other organs. Strangely with OC lymph nodes don’t seem as worrying as more widespread cancer in the peritoneum or organs. They seem to do watch and wait a lot. If Elahere ( mirvetuxemab) gets approved there you might be able to try that because it’s very targeted. Also there are other antibody drug conjugates in the pipeline.
