4-th line of chemo

Hello brave ladies. I would appreciate your experience concerning chemo protocol: Gemzar+ Oxaliplatine. Unefortunately and despite the inhibitor PARP (NIraparib) taken from 7 weeks now, my marker goes up rapidly and I will be facing the 4-th round of chemo called "gemox". At the same time I've developped kidney's failure due to toxicity of previuos treatments. The level of my creatinine is about 130 from 2 months now and doesn't go down. Enyone had the same issues? The nefrologist doesn't estimate the level of my creatinine as "dangerous", but I'm worrying that my kidneys won't filtrate one more chemo. Any advice?

Sorry I don’t have experience with this but wanted to ask what the scans show? If the cancer is small and localized maybe wait a bit longer to start chemo and let your kidneys have a break? Maybe Niraparib was hard on your kidneys and they will do better off it. Is the cancer operable? I’m sending positive thoughts. Xx

No, my cancer is not operable. It has spread all over the peritoneum. Next week I will have a CT. It will show where exactly and how big the lesions are.😔
