So, so glad you are doing OK! I was getting worried about you. Take your time recovering, and don't try to do too much too soon. It's almost spring time, so you will hopefully get to enjoy some warmer days in the coming weeks (after the Siberian cold snap next week!). Well done, lovely, you've come so far.
Thanks sweet I bought myself a summer dress last year that I cannot wait to wear it’s two sizes smaller, I must of known I was not that big and it was the cancer!!
She took 5 kilo of cancer 😳
I feel like I’m a new woman and cannot express how grateful I am to this surgeon
She said I have had this cancer years and years and years.... and no idea how I got pregnant.
Hi darling. Been thinking of you a lot and getting a bit concerned that you were so quiet but brilliant news. You have come a long way and not the easiest of journeys. Looking good. Enjoy living now with your beautiful family. Big hugs Kryssy xxx

Wow well done Zena. Hope each day finds you feeling better and stronger. One day at a time and it will soon be Ibiza time 😀. Much love and prayers . Xx
So pleased to hear your great news . Enjoy being looked after and take it easy. A little gentle walking each day , no lifting but lots of cuddles and smiles from your beautiful daughter and you will soon be ready for your summer trip . Lovely photo 💜
So nice to put a face to the name and those added faces are the best. Lovely picture and great news. I don't seem to be able to add to the brilliant advice above and hope you rest, relax and continue to enjoy your daughter's wonderful smile! oxox
Great to hear from you. We've all been thinking about you and sending good vibes. What a lovely miracle worker our lovely Prof.F. is! Zena, 5 kg of cancer - equivalent to a bag of potatoes!!! - and you've been carrying all that around. I am nearly 6 weeks on from the surgery - and recovery takes time; I am still struggling a little with bowels and constipation but getting there. I know you lovely mum and dad are looking after you and helping with the children, so take it gently and don't overdo your recovery. As we said in the hospital, we will have to meet up, perhaps at Bury market for a catch up In the meantime,
Fantastic that all went well. It is amazing what surgeons can do. Sounds like a pretty enormous operation so take things slowly. When I think back, I felt a bit better every day but it was a good two years before I stopped having what I call off days and getting towards three before I could say I was 100% all the time. Yesterday celebrated 4 years cancer free in New Zealand, having walked 15 km the day before! Never thought I would do that again nor come to New Zealand again. So Zena, I really hope you go from strength to strength and enjoy your holiday and being with you lovely family. Xx
What a lovely family photo, they are what spurs us on to get better. So pleased your surgery went well, hope you continue to make a steady recovery. best wishes, Jo xx
Great to hear you’re doing well and being looked after at your Mum’s. Lovely photo. Those smiles and happy times really are just the tonic. I hope your recovery continues in the same vein. Jemima xx
