Hi lovely ones,
Well, we returned home from our mammoth trip to NZ for the Lions Tour on Thurs and as the jet lag is setting in, I decided to make jam this morning with plums from the garden I'd frozen last year (we had a bumper crop!). It's turned out pretty damn good if I do say so myself. We're super lucky our beautiful Cotswold garden produces an abundance of fruit so there is always something kicking about begging to be preserved! π
So here it is...cinnamon spiced (smooth) plum jam...now to put ones feet up & enjoy the women's Wimbledon final....anyone else want to join me with a cup of tea and a crumpet with jam? π
