Its been a few times in the last few days now I have had intrusive thoughts about ending my life now normaly when I get this thoughts about ending my life or hurting someone they give me really bad anxiety and make me ill and the fear that I get is horrible and takes ages for them to pass making me have panic attacks and so on! Last few days they have been passing with in Minutes because now I know it's just a thought dose this mean I could be getting a little bit better at dealing with them?

Yes! It may be that your subconscious is becoming more able to deal with them. Even just believing that you're dealing with them better would increase your confidence and make you feel more able! Congratulations! xx
I really do hope so! It sounds as though you're managing to let the thoughts be, and that they are now going away because you don't give them attention. That's great.

It sounds like your on the mend.I have been exactly the same.A few weeks ago I would have the same thoughts but as time goes on I still get them but last seconds and just go. As you say no anxiety or panic attack with them.I still feel very confused in general though and my nerves are on edge but definitely improved. Sounds like your in similar stage. Keep up the good day work! We'll get there.x
