Dear all

NRAS groups meet in a wide varirty of places across the UK and you can find all group details at nras.org.uk/groups

NRAS groups are open to anyone living with RA or inflammatory arthritis, their family members and health care professionals. You do not need to be an NRAS member to attend.

Groups are all about learning more about better self-management of your disease. The groups are informative, friendly and fun. Here are the full details of the St Helens Group

The group meets every other month at The Assembly Room, St Helens Town Hall, Victoria Square, St Helens WA10 1HP from 6.30pm to 8pm. There is a free car park at the back of the Town Hall (take first right off Birchley St) and disabled access via a lift to the left of the front steps.

Each meeting begins with a talk followed by refreshments (suggested £1 donation) and then there is time for a chat. NRAS information booklets and leaflets are available (and free).
