Hair today gone tomorrow.......

Morning everyone, hope you are all pain free. I am having my hair coloured this morning and it will be back to my lovely colours.

I'm not sure how i feel today. My cheeks are sore and my nose seem to be blocked up. Last night i had to bind my two fingers on my right hand as it was so painful. I also had to do my right ankle as well. I couldn't settle down so i came downstairs and had some cocoa and some tramadol and went back to bed. Despite getting up to the loo i slept fairly well. I was down here at 5.30 this morning. I can't complain with that as the previous few nights down here so it was a bit of a lay in.

My house is all decked out and my son is home so alls well with my family.

it seems everybodys getting the seasonal cold ..these things can trigger a flare up .. so hope it keeps at bay ..

What lovely colours did you have done, were they white, red, and gold for Christmas? Good to hear that you slept through once you finally got off, not so good about your fingers. Me, I am shattered, went shopping with my daughter yesterday for hubby's present was out longer than anticipated. In between visitors at the moment, thank goodness, so can have a quiet day, doing one thing at a time with a nice long rest in between. xxx

I hope you're going to post a picture of your lovely new hairdo Sylvi? Hope things settle down for you over Christmas so you can enjoy time with your family. I'm hoping to decorate my tree at the weekend...or at least supervise the decoration. Just been to Homebase for some new lights and pretty candles x

Georje, my hair has pink red,blue and teal in it. I haven't been in long. Hubby has messed up my mouse so as he and george are going to get me another mouse this afternoon. I have just been up the village to get some balloons and what a job that was. They were in a plastic bag and tied onto the back of my scooter.What a sight i looked.

I'm having my hair cut and coloured today by my daughter who has just qualified. Hope it is as nice ad urs so makes me christmasy. Like u I am currently flared up so not sleeping well, mine due to cold and sore throat that won't shift.

Here's hoping a bit of Christmas spirit and a sprucing helps us along the way

Hair sounds great Sylvie! Going to have mine mowed this afternoon as it's getting far too unruly. Embracing the grey at the mo as got fed up with colouring but thinking of going v bleached blond as never tried that. Waiting until I get my 2nd opinion tho in case they decide I do have RA/SpA and put me on mtx as heard it can make your hair fall out if you bleach it! Gave up on the traditional tree last year as have quite a narrow room and need to move around furniture. Instead went for what I lovingly call my festive twig - a bundle of long twigs sprayed silver with little silver baubles glued on. Wound round a string of lights that look like sorbet coloured jewels and voila, instant christmas. Family thought I was a bit mad but no change there. Got twig out at the weekend but can't find the selection of matching tealight holders I got to match. Another slidey trip to the garage is called for I think. Hope you get a better night sleep tonight x

My camera won't upload the photos so i am going to get grace to take a picture on her camera and i will upload at the weekend. Have been down to cambridgeshire to take the presents down to the family and boy am i shattered now. So i think it will be bath and bed for me.
