As HYPNOTHEAPIST, PAIN IS AN AREA I AM LOOKING INTO, AS, a sufferer of A/Pain myself, I am looking into self hypnosis, as a means of reducing my stress levels. I once sorted some issues out for people who had lost their sence of taste and smell, 50% success rate, and the NHS would not payme 50 k a year to do it 5 days a week. NHS lost out on that one eh.
I have tried. Acupuncture and that did help whilst I was having it. As soon as it stopped the pain came back. I am now Buprenorphine patches, applied once weekly they release 5mcg of drug per hour. There do help but do make you very sleepy. Or at least that's how they affect me.
