One more photo of gardens

Had to include this one too, I love to sit near these waterfalls & hear the water run & just relax.

I would surely love sitting there today, but alas. We topped off today at about 95 degrees after yesterday-when we barely got into the mid 70's.

Here in Ohio we are getting what you had 2-3 days ago!! 92 yesterday, 85 today, 92 Sunday, 95 on Monday, or more so they tell us. Good ol' weatherman, I swear, ours loves telling us how miserably hot and humid it is going to be!

Those gardens are lovely, and inviting. I would love being there too!

Hi Loret, I heard from someone tonight that we actually got up to 98 today. I got by without turning on my A/C though. I ate lunch with my parents, then went to the public library, then watered-in the shade, then went to an evening Hebrew/Jewish concert.

More times than ever, one of our local weathermen is wrong about 50% of the time, so I watch another channel. Actually, I changed channels because one of the news guys has a breathy voice & it really bugs me.

Stay cool & have a lovely Memorial Day. I put some Springy flowers on Mom's grave yesterday; I can't believe that I almost put on a jacket yesterday & today I just wanted to wear my swimsuit & run through the sprinkler! Maybe I will, tomorrow.

I am amazed and impressed by all your activity!

I had a son and daughter-in-law and her parents for a cookout yesterday, and by the time they left, at 9 pm, I could hardly put one more foot in front of the other. Took pain meds, muscle relaxant and got in bed. Had the A/C on for a few hours, but it finally cooled dowen last night. However, this morning it is already 82 and very humid. Predicting near 100 today, but surely not!!!

The bathing sut and sprinkler does sound very inviting, though the neighbors might not think much of the view :) I suppose I could do that on the patio, it has fence around three sides. Be cool! Lxxx

What a lovely picture Christine :-) Enjoy the rest of your day

Hi Flowerpot, unfortunately no. I went to Omaha (60 miles away) with a friend to Lauritzen Gardens. It is acres & acres of gardens & walking paths. I love going there, it is so beautiful in all seasons.
