Happy mothers day to all of you mums out there and thinking of all who don't have their mum this year , or those who would love to be a mum and it hasn't happened yet.

Allanah, the same to you. My mum died in 2000 and my dad 1999 and i miss them. Today my son has come home from the states where he has been working. They brought me a bouquet of pink flowers and that was a surprise.
Have a lovely day. love sylvi.xx

Happy mothers day. I love my mother very much. sylvi I am very sorry to you.
Hi Alannah, what a nice thought. My lovely mother died in 1986 on her 69th birthday (21st March which is always a bad day for me). I miss her still.
My beloved father died in 2006 and again I miss him so much as he lived with us for 20 years - house is still feeling empty without him despite the dogs and cat and Himself.
Hope you had a lovely day. LavendarLady x
Hi, I always have mixed feelings about mothers day. I have my mum and my hubby's mum and have to make a fuss of them, but sometimes i want them to remember its my mothers day too, but i get the cooking etc to do!!
I tried for my kids for 10 years and had IVF but every mothers day for those 10 years was miserable and I know the feeling of wishing and wanting a family so much it hurts.
My kids cant always be with me on the day due to work so i get jealous of families with the mum in the pink cardy with the squeeky clean kids saying cute things on the TV, !!! But then feel like a nasty person!!
I miss my dad too, he died 20 years ago and theres not a day goes by without me thinking of this kind lovely man who suffered so bad with RA.
But then i get card and pressies and hugs form my daughter and it feels like a lovely day!!! oh well roll on next one!! lol
