When I went out into the garden for my daily pre breakfast exercises, I was completely overwhelmed by the beauty of nature. The sun lighting up the silver birches, the odd fluffy cloud drifting by and the birdsong. I was full of joy and will treasure those few moments for the rest of the day. I'm so grateful to be able to experience this. Just had to share.....

That sounds lovely. It’s grey and cloudy here! I’m waiting for those beautiful spring mornings that fill me with joy.

It’s overcast here and damp but I like frost on the grass. I’ve still got geraniums in bloom and some roses lingering on. And some bulbs peeping out in the garden but I can’t remember what they are so a nature surprise. X

How wonderful. I'm so grateful that I have time now to watch the business in the garden. Little birds at the feeders, squirrels racing up and down the trees, bulbs showing their small green shoots and simply being alive

I agree with you, any colour in the garden this time of year is a lovely sight, I love looking outside first thing in the morning and taking some deep breaths.

Lucky you. I live in Central London. Over a bloody school. The noise of screaming kids & a pe teacher with a sodding whistle. That shouts non stop. As if training the SAS is my ‘dawn chorus’. So not at all relaxing. Drives me bloody mad.

I know how privileged I am to live in a village.I'm grateful for every day.

I lived in a noisy city and next to an airport for years, so I can sympathise what you have to put up with.

In one way. I wouldn’t want to live in a village, everyone knowing your business! But there are some beautiful little villages, all over England. The only thing is. They usually only have 1 pub. I love a choice of pubs!!! 🍺🍷Cheers!

Good to stop and drink in nature, has a marvellous effect on our well being.

Isn’t it lovely to just stop & savour that moment in time. Nature really is wonderful. We are lucky as we look over fields & often see deer. Frequently visited lately by a heron & Egret after the fish from our pond. I don’t want them in my garden but they are beautiful birds.

All the small things become so meaningful and are the most important I find when the chips are down, especially nature. I used to love your posts, always so positive & uplifting.

My garden gives me so much pleasure too; we have an abundance of wildlife now, squirrels that knock on the glass kitchen door for nuts, a variety of birds and frogs and newts in the pond.

We recently got an allotment after 5 years on the waiting list & even tho my kids do most of the work for me, it too is a haven for wildlife and nature tho I live in a town.

I haven’t posted for ages as diagnosed with similar to you a year and half ago. I had to stop all RA meds bar low dose steroids as on immunotherapy & quite frankly RA’s taken a bit of a back burner understandably tho I had 7 good years on Benepali like you with yr drugs, and don’t regret it because what’s the alternative really? So glad to know you’re still about, accentuating the positive and enjoying life.

Good morning, thank you for your message.I hope you have had treatment and are recovering from what you were diagnosed with and all went well.

I'm just starting back on my biologic medication and weaning off prednisolone. Interesting times ahead!

All the very best for you.
