You seem to be on arthritis site but menopause does make you feel as if your a bit crazy. I found myself crying a lot for no reason I would be fine at work because I had to be but at home I withdrew from my family and head under covers crying lots. Hrt did help speak to your GP about how severe your symptoms seem to be and give yourself time to deal with this difficult time in life. Hrt does actually help turns out I was allergic to lots of it but homeopathic helped with the worst symptoms and helped me deal with it. Your aware of why your feeling this way so help yourself by giving yourself time to deal with it.
