Calea Home Care for Idacio Injections

Can anyone else on Idacio biosimilar injections for R.A tell me why they are unable to offer you a few dates for deliveries? No matter what one date they offer me by e-mail, it almost always clashes with other medical appointments. Presume they don’t think or care that some of us have other conditions to deal with, blood tests etc.

I’m aware they’re just call centre assistants, I’ve worked in enough of them in my time to know this.

But why can’t the managers offer something better?

Is anyone else having their biologics nurse appointments cancelled & no further ones made? I can’t get through on the phone either, so how do I know what’s going on with my R.A. ?

I’m really surprised you are having such a bad experience with Calea. They delivered my first Biosimilar for a year and were wonderful. I would get a phone call, not an email , arranging the next delivery date . I was always able to arrange a date suitable to me. Thinking back, they never used my email address. Someone would ring to arrange a date and then text me the evening before to give me a 2 hour slot. I’m wondering if that is causing the problem for you. Could you perhaps ring them and ask that they communicate by phone in future. I can’t suggest anything else. I hope things work out for you as the last thing you need is a problem with delivery of your medication. Good luck.
