Just been on BSR website which is reporting the outcome of an inquiry regarding healthcare delivery companies which have been roundly condemned for their practices with regard to deliveries to us poor consumers. Makes interesting reading!

Healthcare Delivery Companies slated………
I always feel guilty as my service from Sciensus has been superb so has using their app. It has made Life even easier. Just so daft the spectrum of service
My dealings with Sciensus have always been great too, very caring, including calls to check up after a reaction to a change of med.
Unfortunately the app isn't totally ace for me as it keeps giving me a delivery date that is too early and if I try to change it , it just makes it even sooner!! Small gripe and I have always had such lovely service from a 'proper human' that I'm happy with that.
Totally bonkers that some areas have great service top to bottom - telephone/pharmacist/drivers and others don't. I know we are in different areas (I'm Brum) so it's not just one good one . . . but the bad do seem to be truly awful from the tales posted here. Such a pity.
I haven't had any real problems with my Cimzia deliveries by Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Home Care.
I get a text two weeks before the delivery asking me to confirm that the proposed date is okay, a few days before the delivery another text confirms the delivery day and the evening before I get a final text with the two hour delivery slot.
The delivery has always been made within the time slot which is remarkable as it nearly 200 miles and the A9 can be a difficult road in winter.
I too have had good care from two entirely different delivery outfits over the past six years and have no complaints but I think others have and Sciensus mainly seems to be the one in the firing line from what I’ve read on past posts and now on BSR. Doesn’t hurt these companies to be examined and pulled up if they’re failing us and the good ones will just go on being good.
Sciensus failed to deliver again today. No explanation, just a text before 7am to say delivery failed. No, they didn't even try...!
Di you have a link to the story pkease?
Hi.Have tried to link but not technically savvy enough……..
Google ‘BSR Homecare Services Report’ and the link should then read ‘Patients and Clinicians vindicated in hard hitting Parliamentary Report into Homecare Medical Services’.
