Sciensus Survey

Good morning all,

For those of you who currently have service delivered by Sciensus, just a heads up they have just launched their annual patient survey. I would really encourage you to complete this survey.

Sciensus is currently running it’s annual patient satisfaction survey and is the opportunity for patients, parents, or carers to tell them what they’re doing well and where they need to improve. The 2023 survey window will close on Tuesday 25 April, so please make sure you respond before then as your feedback is really important. Invites to participate have been sent by email and SMS from Iqvia, an independent organisation. If anyone has any questions, they can email [e-mail] for support.

I am meeting with them end of may to look at / and discuss the results.
