Is anyone else having problems getting in touch with Sciensus to get a Benapli delivery ? :(. I’ve emailed them a few times, their chat is down and been on hold a total of over 12 hours over the past week and still can’t get through
They’ve sent loads of messages to say they’ve sent me an email but I’ve checked inbox, junk etc and nothing from them
Their App is useless ! I’ve registered but it won’t recognise my email - tried re-registering and message comes up I’m not a patient
Never had this problem with Healthcare at home !

I've found if I ring spot in 8 in the morning I don't have to wait long at all before it's answered. I've had problems with them, long story but my last delivery was 5 weeks late, then they wanted to deliver the next lot 3 weeks later. From what I know it is still Health Care At Home, they've just re named it. Look at the reviews it's getting on a NHS page, somethings got to be done about the service they are providing.

We mentioned the issues we’ve been having at her rheumatology appointment on Friday. Her rheumatologist said “I probably shouldn’t say this as it’s rather unprofessional but since they recently changed their computer system we’ve been having a nightmare with them too”.
I had the same problem with the app - always told I wasn’t recognised. And the delivery message was in the app which I could not access ….I wrote to refuse communication via app - just have to struggle via phone or email now!
Sorry you are having so many issues with them. I got so frustrated with 3 consecutive failed deliveries that I filed a formal complaint via email to the addresses below
