Is anyone else having problems getting in touch with Sciensus to get a Benapli delivery ? :(. I’ve emailed them a few times, their chat is down and been on hold a total of over 12 hours over the past week and still can’t get through :(

They’ve sent loads of messages to say they’ve sent me an email but I’ve checked inbox, junk etc and nothing from them

Their App is useless ! I’ve registered but it won’t recognise my email - tried re-registering and message comes up I’m not a patient

Never had this problem with Healthcare at home !

I've found if I ring spot in 8 in the morning I don't have to wait long at all before it's answered. I've had problems with them, long story but my last delivery was 5 weeks late, then they wanted to deliver the next lot 3 weeks later. From what I know it is still Health Care At Home, they've just re named it. Look at the reviews it's getting on a NHS page, somethings got to be done about the service they are providing.

I’ve recently had a lot of issues sorting out a delivery of medication for my daughter. I found these two email addresses the most useful.

We mentioned the issues we’ve been having at her rheumatology appointment on Friday. Her rheumatologist said “I probably shouldn’t say this as it’s rather unprofessional but since they recently changed their computer system we’ve been having a nightmare with them too”.

I had the same problem with the app - always told I wasn’t recognised. And the delivery message was in the app which I could not access ….I wrote to refuse communication via app - just have to struggle via phone or email now!

Yes I got my rheumatologist to chase them up and it worked.

Sorry you are having so many issues with them. I got so frustrated with 3 consecutive failed deliveries that I filed a formal complaint via email to the addresses below

Sciensus is a disgrace.

I now email them and copy my rheumatology team asking them to notify the pharmacy as they fund the prescription.

Needless to say I then get an immediate delivery time and date.

Everyone needs to do this. Because otherwise they continue to get away with poor service to us and these drugs are expensive and so are their service.

In addition the continuing messages about high call volumes is unacceptable they need to recruit.

I've just had a text message asking me to confirm my delivery via the app but the app is not working and I cannot get through to anyone on the phone

Same here but have had numerous texts and two letters :(
