Some bits a bit scientific for me almost gloss over but I get the drift of it and has helped me understand it a bit more too. x

There was one part which really hit home in fact we discussed on here recently. I have been feeling sad the past week and they were discussing it is ok to be sad it does not mean you need medication you are not depressed just sad for what is happening.It was nice to hear Doctors discussing this.

Some of us have been brought up to think that any emotions are bad/ need to be hidden/ suppressed. ALL emotions are good for you. Keeping them in does the damage.. Acknowledging them helps to find the root, and aids resolution.
