Maybe it’s a new family tradition that I have not been told of by the family. It’s a birthday a&e trip. 2 weeks ago my Mum and on my birthday hubby had to admit he needed to be seen. He let me sleep first as he knew the all nighter with my Mum wiped me out. So 730am on a Sunday morning here we are.
I think he has cracked ribs and we know can’t do much but his ribs keep popping and breathing getting worse.
Can’t wait for Costa to open I need caffeine 🤪

Good heavens Deeb - you certainly do know how to celebrate!Hope that he gets seen quickly and it isn't too long before you're both home and enjoying a lazy Sunday.
Oh Dee that’s not the ideal place to be on a Sunday morning! Cracked ribs are very painful so I hope he can get seen quickly and be given some pain relief.Hope you’ve got your coffee now! X
Noooooo. I hope he is alright. 🙏🏻 Argh, you guys are going to have to stop these birthday-hospital visits! A main hospital I used to attend for my orthotics on a regular basis has quite a nice Costa in it and so do the Nuffield ones. Makes waiting around a bit easier. ☕️☕️
Thinking of you. Hoping you’re both back home without a long wait. Coffee definitely needed.
Ohhh nooooo. We have had several A&E birthdays so there must be a link 🙄.I hope your Hubbie gets seen and sorted quickly and that you are at least clutching a celebratory Costa by now… 🤞🏻 xx
Oh Dee, bless you back at A&E again. I hope that you have had that much needed delicious Costa coffee now and your hubby doesn’t have ages to wait to be seen. Bless him wanting you to sleep and waiting to go to A&E broken/cracked ribs are so painful and he is right to get it checked out with his ribs popping and his breathing getting worse. Thinking of you both. xx
Update: severe muscular brusing even Doctor was convinced fractured but x ray shows all clear, so we are now home and I am relieved even if the pain bad its not a long rehab! In and out in 3.5hrs so cant complain.
