Thank you everyone for your replies, much appreciated! I still think am in a flare, was in agony with pain in my armpits and round my shoulders while walking today. I made myself get out and walk, but only for 1.5 miles today! But, oh my goodness so much pain and as usual the fatigue is unreal! I had sat and Sunday off and back at work on Monday until Thursday and on Thursday I will be getting my 2nd covid shot!

I have slept so much this weekend.
