Hi I had my COVID vacine yesterday and was up most of the night with flu like pains all over my body, a headache that won’t go away and chills and fever I hope this ends soon, but I’m extremely thankful for having the first jab

Hope you feel better soon but you're right - having the vaccine is far preferable to the alternative 😊I felt tired and shivery for a day or two and had a sore arm for several days but fine after that so hopefully it will pass as quickly for you 💐

With any side effects like these after vaccination I try to tell myself it is a good thing as it shows it's working!

Hope you are feeling better today. Have heard of lots of people with and without RA having similar symptoms for 24 hours or so and some get no symptoms at all. I think in some ways feeling like your body is reacting is more encouraging even if a little scary than getting no reaction at all.
