Thanks everyone who replied to my post. It certainly started a lively and interesting discussion. It sounds like a ‘thumbs up’ for Vitamin D and I’m off to the chemist😊

Vitamin D
I think I missed your first post so apologies. My Vitamin D levels gets very low and I am now prescribed them by my GP and noted it says for life on the script. My levels are usually checked when I have my bloods done to check other levels. Mind you during this pandemic having bloods done have been delayed in some instances.
I think I missed the initial post as well but I know vit D is crucial for us with autoimmune issues.
In fact, I suggest checking out info about the "Coimbra Protocol." It's quite mind-blowing, and at the very least, an interesting read/watch (youtube).
Thanks for sharing - just wondered why she spelt supplementing as ’suplemeting’ and ’suplementing’ on YouTube - very odd, perhaps there's a reason.
If you dictate.... a lot of programmes (that’s programs when dictated) use American English!
I used to go thru(!) altering the spelling....now I don’t bother!
Oh okay, thanks for explaining threw me a bit. It was same word spelt differently in two places so thought how odd - was I missing something hehe. Have a lovely weekend 😌 stay safe - Hessie
Wow stop picking fly shit out of pepper!
In NY we say it like it is TOO!
