This year has been so unusual for us all... and understatement, probably.
The coming 6 months may present further challenges or it could be viewed as an opportunity to do things differently. A time to refocus and seek out or create positives. My personal goal is to concentrate on what I CAN do, accept and make the most of life as it is. (This refers to both the current pandemic and life with RA + all the tricky little things that go with it).
One of my goals is to learn to play the piano, in fact I have already started.
Go gently

Nothing better than learning a musical instrument for physical and mental dexterity - but then I'd say that as I play professionally and teach (mostly adults)!
Have you tried Duolingo on line? It’s free & has various levels.
I haven’t wanted speak Spanish since leaving school....but came across their site & found it a good aide memoire!
Gone off the idea a bit now though...not much call for it around here! So I thought I’d check on the countries we could still visit. But didn’t fancy Hungarian...nor Portuguese (for the Azores & Madeira)..& now the list changes daily...so I think I will rely on what most Brits rely on....SHOUT in English .....very loudly & slowly!
Well done, I am going to make the most of it, I do not miss the commute, packed trains into London, being bashed by people when in pain, frequent cancellations, train strikes and delays.
Now I exercise more, relax more, learn more, help more ☺️! Being home full time has helped with my overall health with RA for that I am grateful.
