Front fastening bra

hi all.

Read a recent post about front fastening bras with interest as I have had a bad shoulder for months. Thought this seemed a good idea to solve my problems and decided to purchase said item. If I had known the fun and games I might have given up before I started. Ordered one from am...(you know the place). Arrived next day. Rushed upstairs to try on only to unpack a contraption better suited to a medieval torchure chamber. It went back...lol.

OK try again on the high Street. First 3 shop got very strange looks when asking about stock. No they said try on line(no chance a second time). Still undounted I tried M&S. No we don't sell them as the fit is terrible - we do a sports bra. Took one look at this weird contraption and decided that with a bad shoulder it would be impossible. Debenhams were more helpful but the fastening was all hooks and fiddly. NO not with arthritis fingers.

By this time I am pulling my hair out, feeling very old and out of touch with modern lingerie. About to give up when I decided to give a different brach of Marks another try.

SUCCESS a lovely lady sorted me out in no time. Of course we have them she said there very popular. Came home with 2.

Dressing this morning was bliss. No pain. Easy when get the knack

Took some perseverance but it was woth it.

Thanks for the suggestion

Just says white zip front bra product no 04862079 if that helps. Bought same size as normal

I am glad you got sorted in the end. I had ruptured tendens in my shoulders (had a shoulder replacement last year) and needed front fastening bras. Like you I found it difficult to find any, but in the end M&S came up trumps. We had to order them online though as we no longer have an M&S shop in our useless town. I find them so easy to do up and wouldn't be without them.

This was one of the first things I bought and incredibly hard to find. I had a friend with me and said what I needed. So in M&S she is on the escalator and shouted down to me. Hey Dee found those disabled bras you wanted up here.

I had to remind her that front fastened bras were not 'disabled bras' but we still laugh like loons over it.
