Good morning everyone,I know you can't give medical advise. But does anyone get red dots on top of feet after swelling in the hot weather. It only happens on one, although they do both swell. Not raised like spots. Thank you.

Rash on feet.
I posted about something similar a couple of months ago. Mine was much less dramatic with less swelling (your photo makes me feel like a real wimp!) but the replies I got might help until you get some more responses so here's the thread:-

Yours looks more like the prickly heat rash that I used to get on my chest years ago which was really itchy and painful. Antihistamines was the best thing for that but I came to realise that the only real help was to avoid the sun and heat; that's much harder with feet though 😢
I got this in my hand the other day it looks dramatic but disappears in a few days . My wrist sprint may have caused friction
This is very common in people who walk - I mean ramblers or similar. They often get it on the lower legs above the level of socks. It's apparently due to a vasculitis that occurs when there is swelling of the minute blood vessels in the heat and they burst near the surface, showing as small red dots.
It does seem to be more common in people with Rheumatoid Disease too - I think that they are more likely to get a vasculitis.
But I can't see why you should get it on one foot and not the other unless there is something different between the two or the way that you sit or walk?
I'm pretty sure it is prickly heat. I used to get it as a teenager when exposed to hot sun (as in Spain) and especially if this was followed by a dip in the sea. It came on the tops of the feet and back of the lower legs. I'm not sure what you can do to prevent it. Eventually, it just disappeared. I do not tan and had very white skin.
