Hi folks. I love photography. It's satisfying, it means I can be out in nature having captured moments. Anyone else got a hobby which is beneficial to your mental health? 😊 I literally always feel my pain improves after some time out in nature. πŸ‘

I'm lucky and still able to knit and crochet when the brainfog allows. Gardening, at least in a mostly supervisory role, is balm to my soul. I always feel better after

Bird watching and our beaches are a no go area during this hot weather. Awfully packed and the rubbish left is astounding. Some idiot put on trip advisor about a local and very small beach owned by parish council and maintained by them. It was so bad the police had to attend people from the city pushed into shops BBQ'd on plastic benches and threatened a few locals who asked them to be considerate. No toilets so you can imagine how much it cost the parish to clean up. Your photo is super and its lovely to go to the beach or sea wall and enjoy fresh air but this weekend its costa la back garden.

It's so sad how these special places are being spoilt by folks who should just leave footprints. Enjoy your garden. We are the same, weekends go later when the holiday makers are eating or in pubs. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

I love to make jewellery when I can and hands permit. Do it whilst watching TV and it’s so relaxing 😎

Good for you! A challenge yet you pace yourself accordingly. That's the key! πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Gardening is my salvation, just being outside and listening to the breeze in my weeping willow, watching the bumble bees busily going about their work. It gives me a sense of calm. And when it is raining there is always the candle making not as good but still calming
