Hey every one hello from Canada cold and lots snow .I know we all have laments and bad days but if we can try not to let stress get us down , find ways to do this for better every day well being . I too have stress and pain and stuff going on . I am being tested for sjorgrens .. had biopsy mouth is very sore 11 days now . wait a month and find out . have to go . cheers.hugs

We haven’t seen snow here what so ever this winter where I am. I guess if I want to see snow this year I need to go west from where I am.

It's a sunny,cold and crisp day here. I too had a biopsy on my lower lip before Christmas and boy did that hurt (thankfully results were ok) so I feel for you. Just battling with shingles at the moment, but have just taken a short ride all wrapped up out on my scooter to get some fresh air in the sunshine, before it starts to go dark. Loved hearing and seeing the birds on my short route. Robins, blackbirds, wagtails and starlings. Sometimes it's the small things that matter in life and no matter how I'm feeling it's nature that always picks me up. Good luck with your results and hope the soreness lessens each day. Take care
