Morning every one, Here i am this morning after having a good nights sleep by my standards. I didn't get up until nearly 7.00am. Thats a lie in for me. I feel a lot brighter, and here-in lies the danger. You all know what i'm like when i feel good i do things and i know i mustn't. My head is a lot clearer, even though my chest is tight and i have pains in my body. At the moment i can hear all your comments ringing in my ears and i am listening to them believe you me. How long i last is another question, but i will try very hard not to do or go anywhere.
Its freezing cold outside, but the sun looks lovely. I am in the right place at least. The heating is on so i will be warm.My daughter has gone to standard practise which she nearly missed as she was still in bed. How can they sleep like that i don't know. Hubby has to go out on behalf of the legion. I am staying put. How good is that.
So today i'm going to read the papers and do crosswords.
So each and evry one of you have a good day and i hope that you are all pain free.

Yes, you just stay put for a change and keep your feet up. And if you're tempted read your own blog about how you felt after you overdid it the other day! Px
Kerry i have done as i'm told and it still doesn't feel any better. I'm very frustrated at the moment. I've just had howl as soon as went upstairs i got out of breath. Thank god for hubby to give me a cuddle and tell me it will take time like you have on here. Having a cry helps relieve the pressure on me. I have done absolutely nothing, but read the paper and do the crosswords, drank tea and tried to behave myself. I am calmer now, thanks to you sending message.
Hope you have had a good day too.

The rest will do you good, you have a lovely hubby, try and be patient, im pleased you have had a better nights sleep too xx
Thanks summer,i wish it wasn't so hard to sit and do nothing. Isn't it funny when your rushed off your feet you wish you could sit and do nothing and when you do get nothing i wish i could do something. At least i'm doing as i'm told even if it is frustrating me no end. I have to go tomorrow as i have to have an xray on my leg ready for when mr Spalding does my knee.
Hope you had a good day. xxxx
Its only one day of rest before going for your X-ray so you should be able to manage it xx.. Dont do too much tomorrow.. may be go for the X-ray and have a cup of tea out somewere?... something to look foreward too x
I will do as i'm told tomorrow and take it easy. Hubby has to go bedworth first thing in the morning and i will stay home while he is there and then we will go for xray after. My xray is at 11.30am,so i will rest when we get back.
Will let you know how we get on later.

Good luck for your x-ray tomorrow Sylvi - hope you get another good night's sleep tonight. I can't get enough sleep just now it's staying awake that I'm finding hard! TTx
Its frustrating this pacing thing isn't it but it will be all there to do when you get better again. All the best for tomorrow.
I've been off work for 10 days and GP reckons it could be another fortnight at least ! I'm so bored already so i do understand the frustration of doing nothing, but the more rest i have the quicker i'll recover hopefully.Continue to take it easy and keep talking to us.Hope your x ray goes OK too.
Thanks girls, i'm fed up doing nothing,it drives me mad. I will rest until i go to the hospital and when i get back i will rest and take it easy. If i go ouit it must be just one trip instead of two.
I will blog when i get back and let you all know how it went. Not had a good night. What sleep i had was ok,but i was up and down alnight, breathing is a problem still.
Good luck sylvie love, hope all goes well with trip out for xray. Don't overdo it though. One of our boys in work had pneumonia last year and he was off for 2months so it will take time before you feel normal again. Xxx
