Missed medication

Hi all I have been on sulazalphine for nearly 4 months X 2 tablets twice a day, I am also on etoricoxib , I took last dose of sulazalphine this morning Saturday and realised I forgot to pick up my repeat perception this week, so will be with out sulazalphine for 2days will this effect me or do I have enough in my system, has anyone experience something similar

These are slow acting drugs that build up slowly in your body so 2 days is unlikely to make any difference that you’d notice.
