On my way home

Well I had got to work but my whole body screamed at me on the way in as so so tired and now my day is done and back into the car and then drive back via Docs for all my scripts.

I hate fatigue with every fibre of my body it is not not ME.

Sorry to hear that. It’s only a couple of weeks since you posted similar... maybe a review is necessary? Might need to push for it to be brought forward.

No, fatigue was never ‘me’ either pre RA! Hoping you get some rest and good sleep tonight. :-)

I sympathise. I'm suffering the same just now. Could fall asleep standing up! Lack of energy is making me eat more. Flake ice cream for one is my weakness at the moment. 😏

Fatigue is very debilitating, everyone says they get tired from time to time but with this disease it takes it to another level. It's hard just trying to get on with your normal activities when all you want to do is lie down and sleep literally anywhere. However you do seem to be struggling quite a lot, maybe would a few weeks off work help you any until your appointment comes through and you start medication?

PinkyPie I think my stubborn side is on a mission as we launch a new event in Oct/Nov so frantically trying to get it all set up so if after my consult if I feel really bad, everything is good to go. My assistant is back next week so I can handover a few items and this will make life a bit easier and aiming to do some half days and work from home days for next 3 weeks as I am taking a hit right now.

I feel for you as I did that for few yearsbut made my self worse as was in denial I ended up with swollen joints all over knees ankles toes wrists and hands even shoulders. I am now on biology and there working great. Also ended having to have time of work after 10month they finished me for I'll health but I was exhausted with back and forth for meetings I agreed the settlement which was only one month's wage and holiday pay. I'm a lot healthier in my mind as not stressing and get down as much. I've learned to adjust what I can and cannot do but it's been along road. Hope you feel a bit better soon.
