I know I have moments when my head is go go go and I am running like a gazelle reality is a bit different but I refuse to be termed old even when body acts as if I am!

Today we had a meeting and in it words to use to over 50s (for advertising) to make them feel better about themselves. 3 of us cracked up as over 50 and the whole meeting made us feel as if we were being parked up in a bay marked life over!
