Well maybe not a miracle in the true sense of the word but certainly an achievement. It all goes to help both your health & your weight so keep it up. A little more each day & you'll be so pleased with the changes you'll notice over time. Well done Paul.

its "miracle" in my book no more i have had revivals b4 but this is stupendous opens me old world back walking fishing the wife all sorts it reminded of that robin Williams was in when they all unfroze and went on day out something called dopamine true story but they all refroze again i know quite a bit about training i was a rugby player only local team but you to be fit to get a game

Ok, I'll give you that. The film is Awakenings, amongst the ones I like. The med was L-Dopa (Levodopa) & one of the reasons it's on my 'like' list is because it was a med my mother in law was prescribed as part of her Parkinson's treatment regime. Levodopa is converted in the brain to dopamine.

Another connection is my mother in law also had Lewy Body Dementia towards the end... Robin Williams also had Parkinson's & LBD. He took his own life, it's thought according to his wife, in part due to the paranoia caused by the LBD.

ooooo you do impress me but you deciphered well from my post that and one flew over the cuckoos nest jack Nickelson brill films could do with a quiz day on here you could b host The stiff ones could be a name for this forum

Do you know I've never seen that, it's one I must see but I'm not a huge Jack Nicholson fan. It's only about 5 years since I saw The Shining. I appreciate he's a good actor but there's just something about him, can't say why.

Creaky joints would be more apt I think! But I'd prefer not to host, I'm more of a game player when it comes to quizzes.
