Good morning everyone,i hope you have all had a lovely weekend with all the sunshine.
Well i have and yes i am paying for it. Friday evening hubby pulled out an old water barrel as a friend had given us another one which is better,but the fence needed painting so i did the panel where the new barrel is to go. On Saturday i felt pretty good so i finished that whole side of the fence and i stopped,yes i really did stop and didn't gooverboard and then i sat in the front of the house with my colouring book and i didn't do anything else.
On Sunday morning i got upand after getting dressed i went back out in the garden with the intention of doing another side of the fences round our garden. I did one panel and then i started on the shed and it took longer than i thought or i was too slow(which i am these days) so i finished the shed and put some paint on the bird table as well then i stopped. I spent the rest of the day resting. Yes i am very sore and i know about it this morning. I want to do some more fences today,but looking at the weather it seems unlikely. So i might have a day of rest today. The up side to this painting is i slept very well last night.

It is raining here today so no fence painting for me today,also hubby has an apptiontment at the hospital before Friday for an angioplasty(i think that is how you spell it), he is getting worried about it though so it will be my job to keep him buoyed up until Friday.xxxxxx
Aw bless him.Its going to seem like a long week for him,and yes you will be busy keeping his mind on other things.I hope all goes well for him,I will keep my fingers crossed.
It's raining here today too and forecast all day.I have an appointment with my lymphodoema nurse in a small town about 26 miles from where I live.There is a nice restaurant by a lake where we have lunch and usually I can ride around the lake on my scooter.But looking at the forecast it may just be lunch today and no trip around the lake.Oh well I guess I will just have to watch the birdies from inside the glass!!

Of course you're not, what am I like? That way out this morning, blame it on new meds! Even called one of our dogs our Perdi this morning & we lost her the back end of last year. So sorry Sylvi, it was meant for you though. Anyway, how are you today? x

Thank you darling,the Alms houses were after a man called Nicholas Chamberlain he is a bit of a local hero. I don't know the full story about him,but there are streets and a school named after him as well.xxxxx
Again, thankyou Sylvi. My hubby and I haven't had a holiday since 2010...So I kinda take pleasure in looking at photos. I think I need to ask my kids how to post photos from the Vancouver Canada area for you to enjoy....
Hi sylvi it's funny how the sun makes us all feel like we can do anything, I over did it too, I clipped both my rather hairy yorkies I stood up to do it where I'd normally spread a sheet out an sit in middle to keep the fur getting out of hand, but I felt ok so I stood, it took quite a while to get them looking all lovely but it really tired me out but they needed it with this warm weather, it's lovely to see you looking so summery let's hope it's a warm one this year lots of vit D for our bones xxx

Beautiful weather. We took our granddaughter to her horse riding lesson I sat on the mounting block ( seats to low) drinking a coffee and watching the horses. Heaven.
