Pain in stomach for weeks now and after several scans etc, they’ve discovered I’ve multiple gall stones and cysts on kidneys. Now waiting for apt to have gallbladder removed. Also renal apt to remove cysts- there’s no winners with this horrible condition, is there ?!

Sorry Marie, I’ve had my gallbladder removed,it was years before theRD was diagnosed it was a great relief as the pain was bad .it was done in day surgery..hope you get sorted soon a was waiting about 6 months.regards Mike
They said maximum 12 week list but gp said because it’s so bad, he thinks it will be done sooner. However, I’m not sure gp has a lot of day in it so, here’s hoping!
I had my gb removed after years of being told my pain was due to my back condition. Best thing ever as pain reduced by at least 50% and now I know that pain is due to back. No experience of other problem tho. All the best. Lets presume its upwards and onwards for you now you have diagnosis. I do agree with the ... oh pooo ... statement tho. X
Had my gall bladder removed last year. Only one night of pain in hospital, then following morning had drain tube removed. My daughter who was with me said it was like garden hose pipe. Immediately it was out all the pain went. First couple of days uncomfortable but after that absolutely back to normal. By the way I live in Spain and understand in UK the drains are much thinner. You will be fine and so pleased when it's over. Good luck. 💜💜💜
I too have cysts on kidney which cause no symptoms and we're discovered when I had a scan for gall bladder pain. Appears I have gall sludge but no stones causing my pain. They are leavin both conditions. I never knew that I had these conditions due to RA as your post implies. If it is that is scary. How do u know that RA caused these conditions?
