It’s the middle of the night, you just started settling in... you close your eyes and begin to drift off then something causes you to stir... pain!!!!!!! You get up stretch, rub areas that are sore, use the bathroom. Grab a drink of water, stretch a bit more, rub a bit more before attempting to settle back into bed.
After going through this routine a few times you opt for the easy chair but now sleep is far off so you turn on the tube and watch something to hopefully distract yourself back to sleep.
This is one possible scenario. What does everyone do on sleepless or difficult pain nights ???
