Jumpy hand

My right hand is so weak now after months of RD damage and it so twitchy I find it difficult to type messages as it has these strange spasm it's so annoying and I get one near my eye people think I'm winking at them a bit bizzare at my age😉

I’m so sorry what a nuisance, tho your winking at strangers made me smile 😀 can rheumatology help at all? I get tremors in left & can’t use either with flare but not like yours. Hopefully someone’s more knowledgeable than me x your garden looks beautiful

I've not done much in garden this year but all that heat was a bit much still a lot of pots but not much garden or grass stones and flags

Same here but starting to recover now: I loved gardening but bit limited now. Hope you get some relief with hand x

And I'll bet you're right-handed too. What a flipping nuisance. Sorry, but I haven't a clue as to why or what to do about it. Have you asked your rheumy team what is going on? I wouldn't worry too much about winking at strangers, though, as I'm sure it will not be as noticeable to others as it must feel. Love your garden x
