Trigger thumb question

Hi I’ve got trigger thumb. I went to doctors yesterday to have steroid injection.. the pain was horrendous... I now have shooting pains in my wrist and can’t move thumb properly.. is this normal??

No I wouldn’t say it is normal. I have had several trigger fingers and after the steroid injections they sort themselves out very quickly for me. I do have sympathy for you as they are really painful and the injections. I would give it a few days and if it doesn’t stop go back and see your Gp. Love and hugs 🤗🤗🌹🌹xx
