Send me some healing internet hugs? Saw the rheumy today and everything is a bit more controlled. Inflammation a little up but I had an obvious bakers chat behind my knee.
He aspirated some fluid from the front and put steroid in. Normally it's not to sore , but omg this time I can hardly walk.and want to sob ! Just had some codeine so I hope it works π£π£

Prefer a bakerβs chat π¨βπ³ π¬ behind my knee more than a bakerβs cyst β any day. (Glad they aspirated the oleβ bugger β hopefully never to return. π )
I know.... it does remind you that you can get a bad flare. It was so upsetting cause I've been so well. So I bet it's just a one off ! Hoping it feels amazing tomorrow x thanks
Hugsamillion heading your way. I know how hard it is for you. Hope the codeine works. I take panadol ultra when my pain is really bad. They work for me. Take care sweetheart. x
Hi l. Thanks so much. You know I did reach for parasol and codeine. My rheumy always says if you take regular paracetamol as per the dose allowed it's one of the best painkillers. Simple but effective. Sorting myself out now. Tv day I think.!
Knew it from second word. Now you got me crying babes. My guilty pleasure always cheers me up and that song is actually my get through it anthem , and strangely standing in the way of control by the gossip. I saw them do it when I have a bit of a struggle getting to a muddy stage in Leeds festival and Beth sang this and it made me, like the Barry song feel , come on now ...you got this. Thanks P x
Thanks Ruth. Just feeling sorry for little old me. But I know it will get better now I've had the treatment . My rheumy was laughing as I was saying we had a strange relationship where when he was doing the treatment I hate him and as soon as he's done it I'm do grateful I love him again . Lol !! π
Thanks Nevis. Comes as a shock after feel I g so well. But hopefully a small set back but the usual high blood sugars started and round face! Hope it goes off soon x
