A short time ago, I signed myself off the pain clinic list because I didn't want to take any of the addictive painkillers they were offering (very topical in the news currently!) The nurse said that she admired my strength and determination and suggested I watched this video

I hadn't remembered to until I was sorting through my work bag to return to work tomorrow...what an amazing watch!
